Sunny the Bunny is in the House - May. 15, 2010

 We were expecting a couple of babies, but Sunny is just fine, thanks.

 Meet Sunny, our resident Angora rabbit that was delivered to Animal Essentials yesterday by the Fredericton SPCA.

 Sunny was one of the rabbits - over 100 - that was seized recently from an Oromocto residence. The local SPCA has cast its nets all over the Maritimes to shelters in hopes of finding homes for these interesting characters.

 We set up shop for Sunny last night.

 She will need a little grooming - as Angoras do anyway - but she's kind, gentle and definitely pretty.

 Hard to see her eyes with the hair and floppy ears but we are glad to have her aboard.
