More Changes to Make the Store Even Better - Oct. 07, 2010
If, in reality, is a pretty big little word.
If I had a million dollars I wouldn't be writing this today. If I had a 1968 Mustang, I'd be even happier than I am at this very minute.
If, if, if.
Well, if is coming closer to reality at Animal Essentials and it has the capability to drastically change the appearance of Your Neighbourhood Pet Store...which happens to be beside Your Neighbourhood Pharmacy which is kind of odd, but anyway.
We are on the verge of moving in a different direction. Either Sunday or Monday, we will pick up 16 feet of five foot high shelving units, complete with shelves and pegboard.
Right now the plan is to wait a bit, but IF all goes according to plan, here's how the store would look.
Upon entrance to the store, the unit would go straight down the rightside where the cat food, litter and critter items presently sit on three units.
We would do away with the bulky four foot units and streamline allowing all cat food to be together, litter and litter boxes and scoops and scratch posts.
Uniformity.
It would also allow for some much needed space.
It's going to be a rather large job, but one that will have a strong effect on the interior of the store.
If it all comes together and right now we're one day closer to all of that happening.

Totally out of the blue, but yours truly will be providing play-by-play of UNB men's and women's basketball this weekend on the Internet. Go to www.unb.ca and find athletics where there will be a Listen Live icon. I've ton a lot of hockey in the past, but this is the first roundball test. At least it's five-on-five!
