Shopper Shares A Good Experience at AE - Apr. 13, 2011
Our Web site was put in place for many reasons.
A lot of it came from 'do you have a Web site?'
Well, we've had our Web site for over a year now and it has indeed been a good marketing tool for Animal Essentials.
Of course many wonder we're not on Facebook. It's probably the next step, I suppose, although I'm just not a fan of the service. It has to be a personal thing and I'm just not prepared to take that step.
Yet.
Perhaps I'll get my 12-year-old to monitor Facebook pages down the road, eh?
Anyway, we have communication with our customers through the Web and it's been great.
Just the other day a customer contacted us concerning an item and we did have said item in stock.
She came down to have a look at it in the afternoon and returned that night. In the end, she opted for a different product with Shaunna showing her exactly how to use it.
The customer took the time to provide feedback, thanking Shaunna for her effort.
We're always trying to keep a positive environment at AE and Shaunna was tickled pink to hear the feedback.
It's a very small gesture, but one that can have long-term effects on how we operate.
Of course, it's not always good and I appreciate that, too.
It all goes into making AE a better place to shop.
