Catching Up With All Things AE on a Monday - Feb. 20, 2012
Ah, another fresh, crisp week for those involved in Animal Essentials.
After being away for the weekend and catching up with all thing AE, it's incredibly refreshing to read some Facebook comments and emails from customers who have left the store feeling good about themselves and their pets.
Our staff works hard to ensure quality service and when you hear about it, it does indeed make you feel good.
We hear the other side sometimes, too, and we're quick to ensure both sides of the stories are told.
Shopping for your pet should be an enjoyable, stress free experience and that's what we try and do.

Any returns at AE need to be accompanied by receipt unless our staff remembers they absolutely sold you an item.
It's the only way we can keep things on track with a receipt.
We had an individual try and return an item without a receipt yesterday. Thiwng is, the item trying to be returned is not carried at AE. Any small business could tell you some of the interesting tales woven.
