Keeping a Close Eye on Voluntary Recalls - May. 09, 2012

 Be assured, we are keeping close eyes on some of the food recalls affecting Diamond Foods.

 We carry Taste of the Wild, but have removed the food from our shelves through the company's voluntary recall.

 Please, if you are returning a Taste of the Wild product, we need the bagm receipt or UPC symbol.

 We've had folks come in looking for money back without any product.

 It happened years ago, too, when many grocery store foods were recalled. Folks came in looking for money for products we have never sold or stocked.

 As for the food recall itself, we take it very seriously and will take a long hard look at whether or not we will carry the company's products anymore.
